Commercial Carpet Cleaning in Charlotte, NC

Deep extraction and preventive care that extends carpet life, removes embedded soil, and keeps high traffic areas looking fresh.

Deep cleaning that extends the life of your carpet

Carpet is one of the largest (and most visible) investments in any facility. Without professional care, embedded soil wears down fibers and high traffic lanes turn dark and matted. Dust Away's commercial carpet cleaning lifts deep soil, treats spots, and protects your carpet so it looks better and lasts longer.

The Dust Away Carpet Standard, in practice: fiber type and traffic pattern set the method, pre treatment and drying times included, never a fixed one size schedule.

Why Dust Away

Why facilities trust us with their carpet

An honest answer before you pay

We test a section first and tell you what will come out and what will not, instead of taking the job and apologizing afterward.

Truck mount extraction power

Deep hot water extraction pulls embedded soil out of the pile instead of pushing it deeper, which is the difference between clean carpet and carpet that looks clean.

Book a single clean or a program

One time extraction or a scheduled rotation, both are month to month, with no contract holding you to a frequency your traffic does not need.

Method chosen by fiber, not by habit

Fiber type and traffic pattern decide the process and the chemistry, so the carpet lasts longer instead of just looking clean for a week.

Common questions

Questions we get about carpet cleaning

How long does carpet take to dry?

Six to eight hours with hot water extraction in a normally ventilated space, which is why we schedule most jobs for a Friday evening or overnight. Air movers cut that down when a room has to be back in service faster. Anyone promising a twenty minute dry time is not extracting deeply enough to pull the soil out.

How often should commercial carpet be extracted?

Every six to twelve months for general office areas, and quarterly for entrances, corridors, and anywhere the traffic concentrates. The mistake we see most is waiting until the carpet looks dirty, by then the abrasive soil has been grinding at the fibers for months and some of that wear does not come back.

Can you remove old stains?

Often, but honestly not always. Fresh spills come out. Older stains depend on what caused them and whether someone already tried to scrub them, a stain that has been rubbed into the backing, or set with the wrong product, may have permanently dyed the fiber. We test a small area first and tell you what to expect before you pay for the work.

Ready to get years back out of your carpet?

We'll check what's actually embedded in the fiber, then price extraction and a schedule that keeps it from coming back.
